In proceeding with an enrollment you are agreeing to the following conditions which are necessary to ensure that we can diligently provide safe, reliable care for your child/children and the other children in both our before & after school care and holiday programme.
BOOKINGS: A regular full time booking is a firm booking made Monday to Friday for the entire term and is at a reduced rate. A regular part time booking is for 1 to 4 days per week for the entire term and a casual booking can be made as and when needed. You are charged for days and hours booked regardless of early collections or absences and all bookings require two weeks written notice to be cancelled or to reduce days or hours booked.All full time and part time bookings will automatically be renewed at the beginning of each term based on the last week of term care and you will be given the opportunity to make changes before they are confirmed. FEES: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for our current fee structure. An invoice will be generated and emailed on confirmation of your booking. Payment is required one week in advance. All accounts left overdue by the 20th of the month with incur an over due charge of 10% of the total outstanding amount owed. All public holidays, teacher only days and school closure days during the school term are charged at the applicable rate for bookings normally required on that day. If you collect your child later than the session booked an invoice for the extra session will be generated the following week. We close at 6pm and you will be charged $15 per 15 minutes or part thereof for every 15 minutes you are late after our closing time, this fee is to be paid directly to the staff member that has stayed behind to look after your child and will be strictly observed. If your child is going to be away for one week or more and two weeks written notice is given you will be charged the discounted rate of 50% of your normal booking per session per child per day.
ABSENCES: Please let the Site Manager know if your child will not be attending the after school care or holiday programme as agreed. If a child does not arrive we will activate our “Missing Child” procedure.
HOLIDAY PROGRAMME & SPECIAL DAYS: Please choose these days carefully, we do not accept cancellations nor give refunds. All days booked will be charged.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT: We will contact you or, if we are unable to reach you, your Emergency Contacts in the event of any illness or accident, including but not limited to those requiring immediate medical treatment. If serious injury occurs, parents will be notified and an ambulance called. If it is not possible to call an ambulance and the need is urgent then the child may be transported in a private vehicle. Any emergency medical treatment will be obtained at the parents expense.
EXCURSIONS: We have a Transport RAM's form and procedure designed to ensure maximum safety. Accepting this form will give us permission to take your child on excursions that are available each week of the Holiday Programme period.
SICK CHILDREN: We do not have the facilities to care for sick children. We’ll let you know if your child is unwell and look after them until you can collect them. Written consent is required to enable us to give your child any medications they may be taking.
CHILD PROTECTION POLICY: We have a comprehensive Child Protection Policy and we are committed to looking after the safety and well being of all children.
All care will be taken to provide appropriate supervision of children attending the programme however in accepting these conditions you acknowledge that neither management nor staff will be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of any child’s attendance of the programme.
